By purchasing our services, completing our questionnaires, or using our platform, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Available Service Packages:

2. Florida Buyers Analysis - Property search and market evaluation for Florida relocations

3. U.S. Buyers Analysis - Comprehensive nationwide relocation analysis

4. U.S. Renters Analysis - Rental market analysis and location recommendations

5. International Buyers Analysis - Global relocation analysis for purchasing property

6. International Renters Analysis - International rental market evaluation

Service Levels:

• Basic Package: Automated report generation with fundamental analysis

• Standard Package: Enhanced AI-driven analysis with basic manual review

• Premium Package: Advanced AI analysis with comprehensive manual review and limited consultation

• Elite Package: Complete analysis with extensive manual interpretation and extended consultation hours

• Platinum Package: Full-service analysis with unlimited consultation during service period

Consultation Hours: Consultation hours are provided via Zoom video conferencing and are allocated based on your selected package. Hours must be used within 90 days of report delivery unless otherwise specified in your package description.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Processing:

• All payments must be completed at the time-of-service ordering

• We accept major credit cards and electronic payments through our secure payment processor

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes

Payment Confirmation: Services begin only after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of successful payment processing.

SERVICE DELIVERY

Report Delivery Timeline:

• All reports will be delivered within 7 business days of questionnaire completion and payment confirmation

• Premium and higher-tier packages may require additional time due to manual analysis components

• We will notify you of any delays beyond the standard delivery timeframe

Consultation Scheduling:

• Consultation hours will be scheduled within 14 days of report delivery

• Clients must schedule consultation sessions within 90 days of report delivery

• Unused consultation hours expire after 90 days and cannot be refunded or transferred

Quality Assurance:

• All reports undergo quality control review before delivery

• Manual analysis components are performed by qualified professionals

• We maintain professional standards for accuracy and relevance within our control

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

NO REFUNDS POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the custom nature of our research and analysis services, we do not offer refunds once:

• Payment has been processed

• Questionnaire responses have been submitted

• Research and analysis have commenced

Justified Non-Refund Rationale:

1. Custom Research: Each report requires significant custom research and analysis

2. Resource Allocation: Consultation hours are reserved specifically for each client

3. Intellectual Property: Reports contain proprietary analysis and cannot be "returned"

4. Time Investment: Manual review and interpretation require substantial professional time

5. Opportunity Cost: Reserved consultation slots prevent availability for other clients

Service Guarantee: While we do not offer refunds, we guarantee:

• Report delivery within 7 business days (or timeline specified in your package)

• Provision of consultation hours as specified in your package

• Correction of any errors within our control at no additional charge

• Professional quality analysis meeting industry standards

Included Corrections: We will correct at no charge:

• Missing deliverables specified in your service package

Not Included:

• Updates for changing market conditions after report delivery

• Revisions based on changing client preferences or requirements

• Corrections to third-party data sources

• Additional research beyond the original scope

• INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Report Ownership:

• You receive a license to use your custom report for personal purposes

• Reports remain the intellectual property of John E. Desautels & Associates

• Reports may not be resold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission

• Our proprietary analysis methodology and algorithms remain confidential

Data Usage:

• We may use anonymized aggregate data for business improvement purposes

• Individual client information remains confidential and is not shared with third parties

• We comply with applicable data protection regulations

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Service Descriptions, constitute the entire agreement between you and John E. Desautels & Associates regarding our services.
